*If you have traveled internationally in the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment

*If you are experiencing a cough or fever please reschedule your appointment and contact your doctor immediately

*If you have recently tested positive for the COVID-19 (aka Corona virus) or believe you have been within 6 feet of someone who you know or believe tested positive within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.

*Only scheduled patients are allowed into our office for their appointments. This means all family, friends, and/or care takers accompanying the scheduled patient must wait outside the office while the patient is being attended to. We cannot allow any exceptions.

*Please practice the following infection control techniques to help contain the spread of pathogens
-Cough into your elbow
-Wear socks, long sleeve shirts and pants.

*We are carefully following all national, state and local guidelines, including the CDCs specific recommendations for our providers to use PPE like masks, eye protection, etc.

How we are protecting ourselves:

The safety of our dental team is job #1, so we have recently upgraded some of the PPE we use in our office to align with CDCs new guidelines, because like you, we have family and loved ones who rely on us, so working safely is extremely important to us.

How we are welcoming you back:

You’ll notice some changes in advance of your next appointment, we’ll be calling you prior to your arrival to screen you for any symptoms which would require us to postpone your appointment and direct you to your healthcare provider for treatment. In that call, we can also answer any questions you may have and explain new procedures for when you arrive to the office. We may take your temperature, or screen you in person for symptoms prior to your appointment. While these steps are inconvenient, they are necessary to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect all of our patients as well as our team.

Thank you for understanding and helping us enforce our safe protocols. Your safety in our office is our #1 concern, and only possible with your full cooperation. While these protocols may be inconvenient, we hope you appreciate the actions we are taking help to ensure the safety of you, your friends & families, and our team. We will get through this together!

Sincerely,
The entire team at My Smile Center
